We’re in a 500 sqm historical house from 1925 with a rich story.
About the space
Common House is hosted in a 500 sqm neo-romanian house made of 3 different levels - ground floor, top floor and attic. plus a gorgeous, lush garden right in the heart of the city.
the space is versatile enough to accommodate a wide range of events with 10, 50, 100 or up to 250 people at once.
common house can be rented fully or partially for all kinds of experiences and purposes such as corporate events, product launches, networking events, private dinners, workshops, movie nights, photo and commercial shootings & more.
Our story
Common House aims to connect people, creative projects, local brands and ideas.
we believe in local communities and the feeling of belonging. that’s why we opened common house in may 2023, so that the people and brands we love could have a place to meet, talk and exchange ideas - and be in good company.
in short, we reunite open-minded peers with multiple interests.
How we work
we work in two ways:
rentals - we rent common house for various types of events
signature events - a series of events organized by us for our community
since our opening in 2023, we hosted more than 260 events, from markets to workshops, brand launches and more.
Bookings
private dinners, cultural events, corporate events, workshops, photo shoots and much more: the cozy and evocative spaces of common house lend themselves as an exclusive backdrop to host activities of any kind.

Easy! Just send us an e-mail or a message on social media and tell us all about your ideas and plans! We’ll get in touch with you in a maximum of 24 hours.

We don’t work with fixed hourly rates. In order to tell you a price offer, we need to know some basic details about what you want to organize - event type, number of people, preffered dates, what you need in terms of logistics (chairs, tables etc.). So be sure to tell us all these when you contact us!

If you want to organize an event in our space, you don’t need our consent regarding the event type, theme etc.
However, we reserve the right to refuse events that we think may physically affect the condition of our space or building or events that don’t match our moral views of the world.

Yes! In case you need decor, furniture or equipment rental as well as catering, a bartender, a DJ or who-knows-what-else, we can get you in touch with our trustworthy collaborators.
